
Today I woke up very early with one idea on my head, finish the ilustration of the banana icecream I made the other day. This whole blog is a challenge, sometimes im not in a mood to paint or draw at all, and thats why cooking helps me to hold on in my creative world.
So here it is a lovely retro ilustration.
What we need is :
6 almost dark bananas
1/4 lt.Heavy cream
1 sp of lemon juice
300g Sugar
Half tablet of Dark chocolate (70% cacao)
Leave the bananas in the freeze for a couple of hours till they are completly frozen. I left them half day. Blend them till they are like a heavy paste. Add sugar, lemon and cream. Add small pieces of dark chocolate and put it back in the freezer.
You can eat it after 3 hrs or so.
